What would it look like if churches closed their doors for one day and went out into their communities to serve? What if we took the time to not just GO to church, but to BE the church? On Sunday, July 25th, FUMC Fulshear is canceling our regular worship service to make this vision a reality: hundreds of people loving and serving our neighbors in the name of Jesus.

We will partner with Wordserve UMC to help the people of our community. The day will end with lunch together. Sign up at the back of the sanctuary for a worksite.  There are still opportunities to work inside. Call the church office at 281 346 1416 for more information.

VBS IS COMING UP

VBS is almost only a month away! Hope everyone is as excited as I am. July 19-23 are the dates you are looking for. VBS will take place from 5:30-7:45 p.m. at FUMC, 8201 Harris St. To be a part of all the excitement at GALACTIC BLAST, call the VBS Director at 281-346-1568, or contact the church office at 281-346-1416. Registration forms are available on line or through the church office. Children age 4 through those entering 6th grade are welcome. Download the registration form by clicking on the link below.
