Nursery: For children ages 0-5 years

Staffed with Trained and Caring Adults and Youth

Sunday 8:30 am - Noon
Our nursery is located in the Education Building next to the Sanctuary.  Come through the front doors and take the first hall way on the right. You can't miss the room with all the fun.   



Sunday School: Come join us for Sunday School each Sunday at 9:45am.

    CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES KICKED OFF THE NEW YEAR IN SEPTEMBER.  

COME TO THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE EDUCATION BUILDING AT 9:45 A.M.

Children ages 4&5 are in Rm 207 of the Education Building

Children ages 6-11 are in Rm 209 of the Education Building.

 
Children are provided a safe, clean environment with age appropriate Methodist Christian curriculum that includes music and art.

Worship
Children are welcomed into worship each Sunday with a hello and an activity pack to help them understand and enjoy their worship experience.  During the Children’s Message each Sunday at 11:00 am Worship Service, children come forward for a special age appropriate message.

Children’s Church is offered during the 11:00 am service following the Children’s Message. Mrs. Katie leads the children in worship designed especially for them. 

Special Events

Each Season brings its own reason to celebrate.  We offer engaging age appropriate celebrations throughout the year including an Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, and Christmas Programs.

Early Learning Center 

Fulshear Methodist Early Learning Center is established as a ministry of First United Methodist Church of Fulshear. Together the School and the Church endeavor to serve the needs of church families and the families of the community. The purpose of the program is to provide quality care and early childhood education in a Christian atmosphere for children of pre-school age. Children of every race, religion, and cultural heritage are welcome at First Methodist Early Learning Center.

Enrollment is open to children ages 12 months through 5 years.

Classes are held Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. There are three class options:
· 2 days a week -- M/W or T/T
· 3 days a week – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
· 5 days a week – Monday through Friday

Extended Care is provided for families who need this service. The Extended Care hours are 6:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. After school care is provided for students that are no older than 3rd grade.
