The monthly UMM breakfast was held on November 19th.  We enjoyed the food fellowship, and devotional and began planning for next year.  Our first meeting in 2012 will be January 21st at 7:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. (We will not meet in December.)  All Methodist Men are invited and encouraged to attend.

   PAST EVENTS OF 2011:

   We held our annual brisket sale over Labor Day Weekend.  Warren Briggs coordinated the event, during which we smoked and distributed 70 briskets.  We were delighted to welcome some new people to our crew and enjoyed training them to use the church BBQ pit and sharing fellowship time cooking and playing dominoes.  Thanks to all the men who helped.  The project raised over $1,000 which will be used to support various projects around the church and community, such as the $500 recently donated to the Early Learning Center and the $500 recently donated to the Methodist Children's Home.

    The Fulshear UMM Garage Sale was held on October 1st.  Augie Erfurth coordinated the event which takes several days to prepare.  Church members and the community donated a lot of items, including several nice pieces of furniture.  The project raised $1,459 for various church and community groups and activities the FUMM supports.
