United Methodist Women
United Methodist Women (UMW) is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the local and global ministries of the church. The focus for UMW is learn about and serve women and children around the world.
Usually on the 2nd Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m., women from our congregation gather for fellowship, service and learning in the Fellowship Hall. This is a great opportunity to get to know some new friends and understand how God is working in the world.
Next meeting: February 13th
Our program will be presented by Judy Cooper, who is the Secretary of Program Resources for the Southwest District of the UMC. She is a great speaker and brings a wealth of information to us. Please join us if you can!
